1. Who we are

This website and the Voyagedesk Holidays service are operated by Hakan Kavalci, an individual ("we", "us"). When you book through this website you are contracting with Hakan Kavalci.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or making a booking you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. What we provide

We offer package holidays and individual travel services — flights, hotel stays, transfers, excursions and extras — supplied by us and our partner hotels, airlines and local suppliers. Each booking confirmation lists the services included, dates and price.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to book for your group or organisation.
  • Give accurate traveller details (names as in passports, dates of birth, contact details) and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your booking reference and any account login private; you are responsible for activity under them.
  • Hold valid passports, visas and any health documents required for your trip.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
  • infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
  • interfering with its security — uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping content or prices;
  • reselling or redistributing our content or services without written permission.

6. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy. You may pay a deposit, the full price, or monthly instalments where offered; the remaining balance must be paid before departure.

7. Intellectual property

We own the website, its software, content, photos and branding. Using the service does not give you any rights to them.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the website running and information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Prices and availability can change until your booking is confirmed.

9. Suspension and cancellation of access

We may suspend or cancel your booking or access to the website if you materially breach these terms, do not pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our rules.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit or enjoyment). Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a traveller.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, natural disasters or government action.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are handled by its competent courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
